If the Shoe Fits - Embellish a Cobbler's Wooden Shoe Form with Paint & Moulds! 2.5 Hr Class

THE COBBLER'S WOODEN SHOE FORMS WILL VARY IN SIZE AND STYLE, AND A HEEL CAN BE ADDED AS AN ADDITIONAL OPTION.

CHOICE OF SHOE FORM WILL BE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.  THE FIRST PERSON WHO REGISTERS FOR THIS CLASS WILL GET FIRST CHOICE, SECOND WILL GET SECOND CHOICE, ETC.  PLEASE GO TO THE CLASS MATERIALS TAB TO VIEW THE OPTIONS AND LET LET ME KNOW AT THE TIME YOU SIGN UP WHICH SHOE FORM YOU WANT AND IF YOU WANT TO ADD A HEEL ATTACHED. YOU CAN LET ME KNOW BY PHONE OR IF YOU REGISTER IN STORE YOU CAN PICK ANY AVAILABLE SHOE FORM AT THAT TIME.

This fancy shoe is great for holding photos, a small picture or anything you can think of!  Everything else is provided, including including paint, glaze, gold wax, aprons, gloves, glue, brushes and FUN!  Also, blow dryers will be provided to expedite the drying process of paint.

We will be using vintage wooden shoe forms that Barb has sourced from far and wide! Choose any color of Fusion Mineral Paint or Melange Artisan Mineral Paint and a nice selection of IOD Moulds.  

Step 1: You will paint the shoe form in your choice of paint color, while the first coat is drying, you can choose your IOD Mould(s).

Step 2: Barb will instruct how to properly make the IOD Mould of your choice with IOD Air Dry Clay and apply it to your shoe form.

Step 3: You will paint the shoe and newly applied IOD Mould with a second coat of the paint color you chose.

Step 4: Barb will instruct how to properly distress your project giving it that vintage feel.

Step 5: Barb will instruct how to properly apply Fusion Mineral Paint Glaze and gold or silver Rub n Buff to add sparkle and pizzazz to your shoe!

You will leave the workshop with a completed project and bragging rights - you did it!!

Bottled water and light snacks will be provided, you may bring your own beverage if you choose.
