Paris Black- the lovely City of Lights was our inspiration for this stunning shade of inkiest blue black. Envisioning the steely Iron Lady (Eiffel Tower) illuminated against the city’s night sky, you see why we simply had to create this romantic midnight black, oui?

This is Melange's ONE formula (built in primer and topcoat), no sealer needed but may be applied for additional protection.
